APPLICATIONS FOR UK STUDENTS:

1. Complete the application form and send to the college, either electronically or by post. You can download an application form for Year One here. For the Year Two application, please click here.

 

Accompanying the application form, there must be:

 

    2 passport sized pictures of the applicant

    £50.00 non-refundable application fee

    Certified copies of educational qualifications

 

Note: Applicants must have a standard of formal education equivalent to the British G.C.S.E. (National Framework Level 2) or its equivalent (i.e. Nationally recognized school leaving certificate). Students who do not meet these requirements and are of a mature age may be able to demonstrate previous knowledge or experience so as to assure the college that they are able to meet the standards of this course.

 

2. The college principal and academic dean will review the application.

 

3. The college will send a confidential reference form to the applicant’s pastor.

 

4. If the applicant receives a favourable pastoral recommendation, a personal interview will be arranged with the applicant if they are from the United Kingdom.

 

5. For any applicant who satisfactorily completes steps 1-4, the college will then proceed with a letter of acceptance.

 

6. At the beginning of the school term, the new enrollees will be given an entrance test to examine where they stand on Biblical knowledge thus enabling instructors to meet their individual academic level.

 

 

FOR THOSE APPLYING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY:

For applicants from English speaking countries, the above procedure will be followed with the exception of step 4. In this case, an interview would be conducted by telephone.

For those applying from North America, it is required that you apply for the AIM Education programme following the acceptance letter received by our Admissions Department. In addition,  a visa process will need to begin as directed by the our Admissions Department. 

 

 

FOR APPLICANTS WHOSE FIRST LANGUAGE IS NOT ENGLISH:

2. The college principal and academic dean will review the application.

3. The college will send a confidential reference form to the applicant’s pastor.

 

4. If the applicant receives a favourable pastoral recommendation, the applicant will then be given an interview by telephone. They will be instructed concerning the English level examination they will need to take.

 

5. Applicant must pass the IELTS exam at level 6. Information concerning this test can be obtained at the British Embassy in the country where the applicant resides.  The test results should be faxed to the college by the examining body. The cost of the test is to be paid by applicant.

 

6. If all the above requirements are satisfactory, the applicant will receive a letter of acceptance. In this letter, it will be stressed that entry to the college is based upon the applicant meeting all the legal requirements for entrance into the United Kingdom. They will have to apply within their country for a visa.
