Rev. Robert Kelley

Chairman

 

Rev. Robert Kelley, a tremendous teacher and speaker, has been involved in ministerial training for over 45 years, currently serving as the Chairman of Harvest Bible College and Bishop of New Life Church, HBC’s supporting congregation. After receiving his ministerial ordination in 1978, Pastor Kelley has been actively involved with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) as not only a pastor and instructor, but also as a Youth President, Sunday School Director and General Board Member for the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain and Ireland (UPCGB&I). He is the Area Coordinator for all Northern European Countries and a member of the Europe/Middle East Regional Research and Development Committee. His passion for students of all ages to develop both mentally and spiritually has inspired men and women around the world, and continues today.

 

 

Bishop Leroy Francis

Board Member

 

Bishop Leroy Francis serves as the General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain and Ireland and as a member of the Harvest Bible College School Board, adding great experience and enthusiasm to the team. Along with this, Bishop Francis is Senior Pastor of Life Tabernacle Church in London, a tremendous supporter of HBC. After receiving his Diploma of Theology and Certificate in Pastoral Counselling, Bishop Francis has been actively involved in ministerial and leadership training. He is a member of the Europe/Middle East Regional Research and Development Committee, the Executive Global Council of the United Pentecostal Church International and a frequent guest teacher at HBC. A dynamic speaker, mentor, photographer, musician and historian, Bishop Francis is a wonderful member the HBC family.

 

 

Rev. Dr. Mark Gadd

Board Member

 

Dr. Mark Gadd has been the Senior Pastor of Birmingham Lighthouse for over 30 years, a member of the UPCGB&I General Board for over 18 years, and a member of the Harvest Bible College School Board for many years. Dr. Gadd received his PhD in Industrial Metallurgy in 1983 and his PGCE in Mathematics and Science in 1984 from Birmingham University. An experienced instructor and minister, Dr. Gadd has taught at Handsworth Grammar School in Mathematics (1985-1998), Bishop Vessey Grammar School in Mathematics and Religious Education (1998-1999), and Fairfax School in Mathematics and IT (1999-present). He holds a Masters Degree in Practical Theology from Glyndwr University (2013).

 

Dr. Gadd is currently serving as the National Missions Director for the UPCGB&I.  Previously he served as the Central District Superintendent for over 18 years and the Principal of Millennial Bible College. Dr. Gadd is an avid learner, with a continual desire to gain knowledge. His background in religious education and pastoral experience is a tremendous asset to Harvest Bible College.

 

 

Rev. Sourieh B. Ramruttun

Board Member

 

Rev. Sourieh B. Ramruttun serves as the General Secretary of the UPC GB&I. With over eleven years of teaching experience, Rev. Sourieh Ramruttun is also a proficient instructor and computer technician that serves on Harvest Bible College’s School Board. Rev. Ramruttun received his BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Swindon College in 1994, with accomplished skills in Data Communications, Communication Skills, Programming and Small Business Computer System Practice. His extensive knowledge of Information Technology is a tremendous asset to HBC as we progress in a digital age. Having been a full-time lecturer at Swindon College in Swindon, Macclesfield College in Manchester, and presently at Bournville College in Birmingham, Rev. Ramruttun has proficient experience in education and exemplary teaching performance, earning two awards for Outstanding Instruction. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. Along with this, he enjoys gardening, table tennis and scrabble.
